Foods That Slow Ageing

A study says people, who followed a diet of some of the following healthy foods, were found to be at least 7.5 years younger cognitively than those who didn't follow them.

Blueberry:














A potent food for protecting the brain, they are full of flavonoids, which help fight degenerative diseases.

Sunflower Seeds:

 










A good source of vitamin E, one ounce of dry-roasted sunflower seeds contains 30% of daily recommended intake.

Fish: Rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) that are known to be very important for the normal functioning of neuron.
