Back in July 2013 he attacked photographer Daniel Ramos at LAX Airport and Kanye West has finally put to rest the subsequent lawsuit. According to TMZ, the “Black Skinhead” rapper reached an out-of-court agreement with Mr. Ramos, including an official apology, though it’s not clear whether or not Kanye provided a financial contribution as part of the deal.
Ramos’ lawyer Gloria Allred told press, “We believe that this case sent an important message. Celebrities are not above the law, and they have no right to physically attack someone simply because they were asked a question.”
