Toshiba is one of the few companies that has used its years of
PC-making expertise to come at the tablet market from an origianl
angle. Rather than entering the Android fray, it has instead hedged
its bets on Windows 8.1 as a tablet interface. It has today
unveiled the latest two tablets in this range -- the 7-inch and
10-inch Encore 2.Toshiba's original Encore was only available in an 8-inch form factor and was debuted at the IFA technology show in Berlin last September.
