Black beans taste absolutely fabulous if cooked the right way! Make a soup out of black beans, and you will never leave it!
Ingredients:
- One chopped onion
- One tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 3 and a half cups of chicken broth
- 15 ounces of black beans
- 1.4 ounces of chopped green chilli
- Saute the onion, cumin and garlic cloves in a heated pan with oil.
- Add the chicken broth, tomatoes, black beans and green chilli.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add some fresh cilantro for dressing.
