Black Bean Soup


















Black beans taste absolutely fabulous if cooked the right way! Make a soup out of black beans, and you will never leave it!

Ingredients:
  •     One chopped onion
  •     One tablespoon cumin
  •     2 tablespoons of oil
  •     4 minced garlic cloves
  •     3 chopped tomatoes
  •     3 and a half cups of chicken broth
  •     15 ounces of black beans
  •     1.4 ounces of chopped green chilli
Instructions:
  •     Saute the onion, cumin and garlic cloves in a heated pan with oil.
  •     Add the chicken broth, tomatoes, black beans and green chilli.
  •     Cook for 5 minutes.
  •     Add some fresh cilantro for dressing.
