Chicken And Cornbread Salad




















Packed with Vitamin C, the healthy combination of chicken and cornbread with some tangy citrus dressing is going to be a great meal on Saturday afternoons!

Ingredients:
  •     Cornbread
  •     A dash of lime
  •     Cumin
  •     One tablespoon of olive oil
  •     Red onion
  •     Tomatoes
  •     One cup chicken breast
Instructions:
  •     Cook the chicken with onions, tomato and cumin on a heated pan.
  •     Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  •     Serve with corn bread.
  •     Add a dash of lime for taste.
