Disney’s plan is to make the Star Wars collection downloadable from several digital stores. They include Apple iTunes, Google Play, Xbox video, Amazon Video, Disney Movies Anywhere, and Verizon FiOS will be available as a digital download for the first time ever. The
entire collection of 6 movies will arrive in Digital HD later this week,
on April 10.
The Star Wars digital movie bundle will also include bonus features
like blooper reel, special tour, behind the scenes, and more interesting
factoids to keep your inner nerd happy. However, the movies are
expected to be in 720p quality.
The cost of the digital Star Wars collection will range between $90
and $100. Be aware that downloading the entire saga may take a lot of
bandwidth and time.
