- One slice of Swiss Cheese
- One teaspoon of honey mustard
- Half a pear, sliced
- Place the slices of deli ham on a slice of whole wheat bread.
- Add the cheese on top.
- Use honey mustard as dressing.
- Place the other slice of whole wheat bread on top of the dressing.
- Chop up the pear and use it as a side dish.
