Ham, Pear And Swiss Sandwich



















Deli ham is always lean and a perfect lunch idea for the holiday season. It contains the goodness of protein and is idyllic indeed.

Ingredients:
  •     2 slices of whole wheat bread
  •     3 slices of deli ham
  •     One slice of Swiss Cheese
  •     One teaspoon of honey mustard
  •     Half a pear, sliced
Instructions:
  •     Place the slices of deli ham on a slice of whole wheat bread.
  •     Add the cheese on top.
  •     Use honey mustard as dressing.
  •     Place the other slice of whole wheat bread on top of the dressing.
  •     Chop up the pear and use it as a side dish.
Benefits:
Pear helps you lose weight and makes you less prone to diabetes.
