Quick Breakfast Fixes For A Busy Schedule





















We require enough energy to keep us going throughout the day. And, in our fast-paced lives who has time to prepare heavy breakfast and spend like half an hour or more in kitchen. So, we have some recipes to make breakfast in no time.

Some of the shortcut recipes are as follows:

Eggs

  • Boil some eggs and add a dash of salt and pepper to it. And, have it with wheat or white bread as per your preference. And, if you want to add more taste to it add a slice of tomato, lettuce to it. And, you are ready with some great healthy morning breakfast which will keep you full for long.

Milk and Fruits

  • Take a glass of cow milk and mix it with lots of fruits like bananas, apples, chikoos, may be dry fruits will do wonders. And, you will get the best of nutritional value in just five minutes of your hard work. And, to top it all just add a spoon of honey.

Oats

  • This is a simplest form of breakfast which you can try. Oats are best for reducing cholesterol and BP along with high amount of fibre in them. You can add oats with milk with some strawberries, chikoos, bananas or any kind of fruit that you like to add flavour to it. And, you are good to go.

Peanut Butter

  • It gives you immense and instant energy to survive the whole day. It is the best antioxidant. You can simply use it on the bread (wheat or white as per you liking) and fill yourself with some energy and nutritional value.

Sandwiches

  • You can try variety of sandwiches that will fill you for hours. You can pad the slices with tomatoes, capsicum, a bit of cheese for some tangy taste. Or you can try salamis with mashed potatoes. Oh! It's yum. You can always experiment with ingredients you like.
