- If you wear glasses regularly, there are chances that dirt and grime quickly build up on the frames and nose piece. These can easily transfer on your skin and lead to acne break outs.
- The mobile is said to have a large amounts of bacteria and germs because it is constantly handled. Naturally, every time you touch it or use it to talk, you are transferring a large amount of bacteria on to your face! Use wet wipes and make sure you clean your phone daily.
- Dead cells from your face land up on the bed and pillowcases. If you use your cases for days on end without changing them, they can cause the dead cells and other bacteria transfer on your face. Don't forget to regularly wash your pillowcases.
- If you spend a large amount of time indoors, especially in an air conditioned room, it can affect your skin. The AC takes away the moisture out of the air, and will leave your skin feeling dry.
