The Nvidia has announced a new software update for the Shield tablet. A new update includes an Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system version, including improved performance and responsiveness of the operating system, enhanced security features, including support for Android for Work, improved quick settings menu and profile management.
New firmware for the Shield controller provides a number of optimizations and improved paring process. Furthermore, an update made to improve the performance of the camera system, audio, modem only for LTE-version and other bug fixes. User can get update notification on the Nvidia Shield tablet and update their device using WiFi connection.
