Chris Rock Confirms: I’m Hosting the Oscars!

When the 88th Academy Awards hits the airwaves on February 26th, 2016, the world will be treated to the comedic craziness of Chris Rock as the master of ceremonies. Earlier today (October 21) the “Grown Ups” star, who hosted the Oscars back in 2005, took to his Twitter account to share the good news.

Chris tweeted, “Look who’s back,” and added in a subsequent press release, “I’m so glad to be hosting the Oscars. It’s great to be back.” Furthermore, Oscars producer Reginald Hudlin called Rock “the MVP of the entertainment industry.”
