Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy View tablet, was last teased in September at the Berlin IFA 2015 Tech exhibition. Samsung Galaxy View rumored to be priced at $599, a very large screen tablet gets a 18.4-inch display and pretty heavy weighs around 2.65kg.
The Galaxy View features an 18.4-inch LCD display, but unfortunately there is only full HD 1920×1080 screen resolution, slightly lower than 1536×2048 resolution that Samsung was putting on Galaxy Tab S2 tablet line. As per rumored price, Galaxy View priced at just over $100 compared to Tab S2 so you cannot ask for more in terms of resolution.
Also integrated 8W speakers (2x-4W) to bring better sound experience. It packs a 5700mAh battery can rate to deliver video playback time up to 8 hours. The tablet bears only front camera of 2.1-megapixel for video calling, has a 4G LTE SIM slot and includes Side-Sync, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and MicroUSB options.
It measures a 275.8×451.8×11.9 mm and weighs 2.65 kg. The price of the new Samsung View Tablet has not announced yet, but as per previous leak, priced at $599 for 32GB Wi-Fi only model, but the price will be higher for LTE models.
