Beats Pill+ Portable Wireless Speaker With New Design Unveiled

The first audio products from Apple after acquiring Beats Electronics has finally appeared. This time the portable speaker model called Beats Pill+ redesigned from the previous Beats Pill brings new style in into the similar product segment. The Beats Pill+ has been designed in capsule shaped, but a very flat and straight at the top and bottom with a bit larger space to stand easily on a flat surface even if the user presses the buttons.


Beats Pill+ Portable Wireless Speaker designed with two separate tweeter and woofer for better sound, stereo active 2-way crossover system creates an optimized sound field for dynamic range and clarity across all genres of music. The design of the speaker rather monotonous with Beats logo in the middle, the power switch and LED battery status indicators on the left and two buttons to increase or decrease the volume to the right.

Although not announced the battery capacity, but the manufacturer said the speaker can continuously play music up to 12 hours and can be fully charged within 3 hours. Especially Apple has used lightning port can help users to take advantage of the cable right on this Beats Pill+ speaker to charge their iPhone/iPad. There is also a MicroUSB port for mobile devices to charge.

The Beats Pill+ app on iOS or Android will allow users to connect to the speaker and control the music playback directly through the smartphone. The app also allows users to combine two Beats Pill+ speakers to increase or double the sound capacity and; get the left and right stereo effect by splitting audio of each speaker to work independently.
