During the Rae Sremmurd concert in Auckland, New Zealand on Thursday (October 1), the “One Less Lonely Girl” made a surprise appearance onstage and he was visibly intoxicated.
Furthermore, Bieber grabbed a joint from one of the musicians and
proceeded to light it up and smoke it, exhaling proudly as he riled up
