England have drawn their penultimate World Cup warm-up game 2-2 against
Ecuador. They fell behind inside eight minutes, but goals from Wayne
Rooney and Rickie Lambert put Hodgson's side into the lead.
A stunning
strike from Michael Arroyo levelled proceedings before Raheem Sterling
and Antonio Valencia were both dismissed.
Hodgson will be keeping tabs
on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jack Wilshere, who both hobbled off, but
there were certainly positives to be taken from tonight.
