Grilled Chicken And Fruit Salad



















A nice cup of grilled chicken and fruit salad is super low in calories. Now this is something you must have for lunch at least once. It has a lovely combination of sweetness and spices that will fill up that hungry stomach and keep you going for the rest of the day.

Ingredients:
  •     One cup of chicken breast, chopped
  •     One orange
  •     One cup of strawberries
  •     One cup of black grapes
  •     One cup of shredded carrots
  •     Lettuce
  •     Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  •     Take a medium sized bowl and add the lettuce first.
  •     Add shredded chicken next.
  •     Let the fruits and veggies come next.
  •     Use mozzarella for dressing.
Benefits:
Carrots contain beta-carotene that improves eye sight and flushes out toxins.
