Skinny Chicken Sandwich















Some of us ladies love eating fast food but are often anxious about putting on weight. If you feel the same, then do try the skinny chicken sandwich. It is less than 300 calories and promises to help you manage body weight.

Ingredients:

    Two slices of whole wheat bread
    75 grams of boiled shredded chicken
    One large boiled egg
    Three slices of Cucumber
    Two slices of Tomato
    Lettuce

Instuctions:

    Spread lettuce on your bread.
    Now place the shredded chicken on both the sides.
    Slice the egg into three pieces and place it on top of the chicken.
    Tomatoes and cucumber come next.
    You can use some pepper for extra taste.
    Your sandwich is ready!
