Lentil Salad With Poached Eggs



















This dish contains protein and antioxidants in abundance. It contains 390 calories and will definitely make you feel full for a longer period of time.

Ingredients:
  •     Half a cup of canned lentils
  •     Half a cup of spinach
  •     2 large eggs
  •     One-fourth avocado
  •     2 slices of tomato
Instructions:
  •     Heat your pan with a bit of oil and poach both the eggs first.
  •     Once that is done, place it gently on the plate you are about to use.
  •     Now boil the lentils and spread them all over the plate.
  •     Slice the avocado and place them on the sides.
  •     Do the same with the tomato slices.
