Ingredients
- 2 whole bananas, roughly cut and frozen
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250 ml soy milk
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- Blend the first four ingredients in a blender along with some ice, until smooth.
- Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
- If you don't like soy milk, you can make the smoothie with normal milk.
- You can add any fruits of your choice, like strawberries for example.
