Banana & Oats Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss
































Ingredients
  • 2 whole bananas, roughly cut and frozen
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250 ml soy milk
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
Step-by step:
  • Blend the first four ingredients in a blender along with some ice, until smooth. 
  • Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
Note
  • If you don't like soy milk, you can make the smoothie with normal milk. 
  • You can add any fruits of your choice, like strawberries for example.
