She’s held out hope regarding her troubled marriage but sadly Hilary Duff finally filed her divorce papers late last month. The “Cheaper By the Dozen” cutie turned in her court documents on February 20th shortly after news surfaced regarding her estranged husband Mike Comrie’s crazy behavior at Beverly Hills hotspot Mastro’s.
An Us Weekly source shared, “Mike was aggressively hitting on his waitress, calling her beautiful and telling her he wanted to take her out.” And when that didn’t work, Comrie “approached another woman, drunkenly threw money at her and asked for sex. Hilary finally realized Mike wasn't going to change. He totally blew it and chose to live life like he was single."
