Learn the tips, tricks and techniques to grow taller naturally. Nutrition, exercises and posture all play a role in how tall a person will grow.
1. Increase your human growth hormone levels. HGH is produced by the pituitary gland and the anterior lobe of the brain. You can get HGH injections or take HGH supplements, but these options come with risks. You can increase your HGH level naturally by blending together water with three tomatoes and 250 grams, or about 9 ounces, each of broad beans and cabbage.
2.Add foods that are high in calcium and protein to your diet. Avoid foods that are high in carbohydrates or fat, which can limit the HGH in the body.
