• Another thing to be careful about is unwashed perishable food items like vegetables and fruits. Make sure that you rinse them properly under running water so that you remove all the dirt that can be stuck on it. If the vegetable or fruit is spoilt from one side, it is best avoided completely.
• While many studies say that a small amount of caffeine is alright for pregnant women, it is best avoided since it carries a risk of miscarriage.
• Another strict no-no is alcohol — and this even includes wine.

Michael Mann taps Christian Bale to play Enzo Ferrari

Deadline reports that Bale has been tapped for the role, which will begin shooting next summer. The film has reportedly been in the works for nearly 15 years, with the late Syndney Pollack at one point involved in the project, and Al Pacino set to star in the title role. Pollack sadly passed away in 2008. To say the film is a passion project would be an understatement.

A female lead hasn’t yet been cast, but whoever gets the coveted role will be integral to the movie, which will include a love story as one of the central themes – Ferrari was married to his wife Laura until her death in 1978.

 

Mann is best known for his intense films like The Last of the Mohicans, Collateral, and Heat. His most recent project was this year’s hacker film Blackhat starring Chris Hemsworth and Viola Davis, which bombed at the box office – hopefully this biopic will pull in much better numbers. Mann will be working on the film alongside Cecchi Gori Media.

The Ferrari movie is set to start filming next summer; a release date hasn’t yet been confirmed.

Sony’s latest foray into the fitness field packs specs which could win your heart. With a built-in optical heart-rate sensor and accelerometer, the SmartBand 2 can track your pulse whilst you run, walk, sleep, and, well, sit at your desk all day. Sony’s latest bit of wearable kit is IP68 certified which, for non-acronym fans, means it can take a good battering from dust and a 3m submersion in water for up to 30 minutes before coughing out.

If you’re an Xperia phone user, you’ll be able to connect the two devices and the ‘Band will give you a buzz if you stroll more than 10m from your phone – no more handsets left on the bus, then (though we could see this becoming pretty annoying if you leave your phone at your desk).

For non-Sony smartphones, there’s an Android and an iOS app, and with the SmartBand 2 launching in 60 countries worldwide come September it seems Sony is keen up the stakes in the wearables war.

Priced initially at around the £90 mark, only time will tell whether Sony can sell the SmartBand on the undercut to rivals like the UP3 and Charge HR, both of which are marketed as 24/7 trackers.

The couple have two children together: sons Noah, 2, and Bodhi, 18 months. If reports of the split are true, it may not come as a surprise to some. My [son Noah] sleeps in bed with us, so there's really no way," she said.
