Google+ PLUS photos Now Show Up In Google Drive

Google+ Photos has received some neat integration with Google Drive today. In short, your Google+ Photos will now show up in a dedicated place in Google Drive. A new menu for Photos should show up in Google Drive on iOS, Android, and the Web, as seen in the image above.

Since Google Drive is a cloud storage service, this of course makes a lot of sense – unlike what the situation was previously, when you were supposed to go to Google+ Photos for images and videos, and Drive for anything else. Unless, that is, you also backed up your photos and/or videos to Drive, in which case a big mess resulted.

You should start seeing your photos and videos in Google Drive today if they’re new. Your entire collection will become available in Drive in a few weeks.

Earlier this year, Demi told Allure magazine that her favorite feature is her derriere- “It's my butt. I love my butt. Hopefully it stays that way, because this thing isn't going anywhere. Herbal Remedies For Headache

The most likely solution for a headache in this new generation of chemicals, is popping a pill, but for people with more frequent headaches and for those who would rather not put unnecessary toxins in your body, herbs is the way to go.

There are various causes for a headache and an equal number of remedies, so before going through the long list of probable cures you should first start by finding the source of your headache. For some, a strong scent could be enough to get them flinching while for others long days of work are the cause of their agony.

Willow Bark:
The most ordinary treatment for a regular headache is the ingredient that aspirin is made of, the willow bark. A mixture of peppermint, chamomile and willow bark tea is excellent for a more severe headache.

Peppermint:
Peppermint works like a charm for migraines. It has been used as a headache remedy for hundreds of years. From tea to extracts, there are lots of ways to enjoy it.

Primrose:
If you are one those workaholics with a 9 to 9 job, maybe a daily evening primrose supplement is the way to go for you. High on phenylalanine, a pain relieving compound, primrose, also has various other constituents that help with a number of problems. But for those with chronic migraines there are two herbs that completely steal the show, bay and feverfew. A tea made from both these ingredients are the best to ail a throbbing head and just for a bit more taste you can add a dash of peppermint.

Other herbs:
A number of other herbs can be included in your daily diet just to make sure that the headache monster doesn't get you next. Herbs like garlic, ginger, red pepper, thyme, parsley, cherries, lavender and sunflower seeds are a few easily available remedies that you could use. So next time you want to heal a hurting head, make your way to the kitchen instead of reaching to the medicine cabinet.

Simple Tips For Running In Summers

Come summer and the feeling to just not step out sinks in. But you need to get going on those regular running schedules. Here are few tips to follow that will help you keep the regimen fresh.

Avoid the heat of the day. Run in early morning or later in the evening, once the sun has set. Select a street which has more trees. It will keep you cool.

Wear clothes that are light in colour and made of material that absorb more sweat. There are various brands in the market that make outfits apt for exercise. Choose and buy the right ones.

Start your summer running regimen with a slow rate. Go for short runs and at a slow pace. You can increase that gradually as your body gets used to the changing weather.

Follow up the running with proper diet and right kind of food. Drink a lot of water and other healthy fluids. This will keep your body requirement intact. Maintain a proper summer diet.

Beauty Tip: 9 Ways To Keep Your Skin Looking Young

Collagen is a protein produced by our cells that helps "hold" the skin together, giving it firmness and elasticity. When we're young, our skin stays plump and smooth because it constantly regenerates itself. But as we age, collagen production slows -and existing collagen can get damaged due to sun exposure and bad skin habits. The results?

Wrinkles and sagging skin. Luckily , there's lots you can do to preserve your collagen and even boost its production...

1. UP YOUR VITAMIN C IN TAKE
A study published in the American Journal of Nutrition found women over 40 with the highest amount of vitamin C in their diet were less likely to develop wrinkles than those who consumed lower levels."Vitamin C is crucial to the formation of collagen. Without it, amino acids can't be linked to form the protein," says dietitian Jo Travers, "Good sources are red pepper, dark green leafy vegetables like broccoli and sprouts, tomatoes, oranges and kiwi fruit." Skincare products that contains vitamin C is also thought to encourage collagen repair (it's usually listed on the label as LAscorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate or ascorbyl phosphate).

2. STOP SMOKING
"Smoking creates enzymes called matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which damage the collagen in your skin; hence the telltale sagging which many smokers are betrayed by," says consultant dermatologist Dr Nick Lowe.

3. STAY SUN SAFE
Sun exposure is a prime suspect for hastening collagen loss. "UVA rays penetrate deep into the skin and damage the deep collagen support structures there," says Dr Lowe, "My advice would be to wear an SPF15 broad spectrum cream (one that protects against UVA and UVB rays) through the year."

4. REACH FOR RETINOL
Retinoid creams -only available on prescription -have been proven to help boost collagen production. "Retinoids reduce substances in the skin that break down collagen after sun exposure and also target receptors in the skin which increase the production of collagen," says Dr Maria Gonzalez. You can get your hands on milder forms of retinoid in over-the-counter retinol creams.

5. CUT BACK ON THE STUFF SWEET
According to Dr Patricia Farris, eating too much sugar can be a beauty disaster. It causes premature ageing of the skin by a process called gly cation. This is where excess sugar in the blood attaches itself to lipids, nucleic acids and proteins (especially your collagen) to form "advanced glycation end products" or AGEs, which accelerate the ageing process and cause wrinkly skin.

6. EXFOLIATE
Exfoliation -removing the top, dead layer of skin -helps speed up the natural process of skin and col lagen renewal, says Amanda Elias, founder of a skin care brand. "My favourite way to b exfoliate is with chemical exfo liants such as gly colic acid and lac tic acid. They dis solve the glue-like ubstance that substance that bonds dead skin to the surface rather than sloughing it away like scrubs do, and give a more even scrubs do, and give a more even r result, leaving skin looking healthier tand more radiant."

7. ADD ANTIOXIDANTS TO YOUR SKINCARE REGIME
Antioxidants help protect against free radicals that can cause ageing skin."The term `free radical' describes a damaged skin cell," says Amanda."It's `free' because it's missing an elec tron (healthy cells have two electrons, a damaged cell has one). "Free radicals attach themselves to healthy skin cells and basically suck out the electrons they need, leaving healthy skin cells damaged. This process triggers an enzyme in the skin that breaks down collagen. Antioxidants help by neutralising the free radical so that it doesn't have to feed off our healthy skin cells."

Sip on green tea -it contains antioxidants called catechins -and eat foods high in lutein, an antioxidant found in green leafy veg like spinach. Look for creams and serums containing antioxidants, too.

8. PLANT PROTEINS, PLEASE
The menopause can make us wrinkly because, as we age, our oestrogen levels drop. Because oestrogen is vital to making healthy collagen, creases and crinkles can creep in to our skin. Lots of foods contain plant oestrogens (phytoestrogens) that can help replace the effects of lost oestrogen. Try hummus, nuts, soy and pinto beans. Look for face creams containing phytoestrogens.

9. MASSAGE
"Massaging your face daily will help boost the production of collagen, give skin a more plump appearance and help stimulate the lymph glands to promote clear skin," says Nichola Joss, a skincare expert. "Use a collagen boosting oil," she adds.

Beauty Tip: Quirky Make-Up Ideas And Grandmom's Tips

WIDE-AWAKE LOOK
Most people apply mascara outward, going towards their ears to create a sort of `cat eye' look, but for a more wide awake look, apply your mascara inwards. By re-directing the lashes, your eyes will pop and look more refreshed. A great way to make your eyes twinkle is by using a light-coloured eyeliner in the water line of your eye instead of black. I like to use gold or silver eyeliner (depending on my outfit). One of my favourite looks is liquid liner on the top eye, silver liner on the bottom water line, with mascara on both top and bottom lashes. I sometimes even carry the lighter liner into the corners of my eye to act as an eyeshadow.

COCONUT OIL ROCKS!
I recently started to use coconut oil on my hair, body, and face. Yes, the same coconut oil South Asian women grew up seeing their mom put in their hair. I used to rebel when my mom wanted to put it in my hair but it's really served as a miracle product for me. I've already noticed my hair look shinier, face feel more nourished, and body less dry. It's funny how sometimes the simplest products can make the biggest impacts.

BRAID IT OUT
Indian women don't play with braids enough because they fear that it'll look too traditional. But there are so many ways to experiment with them. Try the voluminous messy fishtail. It's a great way to stand out in a room full of straightened or curled hair.

MIX TWO BOLDS
A lipstick can change your entire beauty look and really make your outfit pop. It can be intimidating at first. I started with a bold red lipstick and now do everything from plums, bright pink, fuchsia, and orange shades. I challenge women to mix it up - the key is to wear it with confidence. You can make your lips look more full by using a lip liner that's a shade or two darker than your lipstick and dabbing your lips with a highlighter. The trick is called `overlining' your lips and has been done by several celebrities recently. I like to think of it as lip contouring.

3 MUST-DOS FOR INDIAN WOMAN
Use a brow pencil: You know that feeling you get after getting your eyebrows threaded? You look in the mirror and say to yourself "this completely changed my face". That's the same effect that filling in your brows does! I think it's the product that most Indian women don't realise they need (because we tend to already have dark, thick brows) but you can't live without it once they see the difference it makes.

Finding a good concealer: I think if you surveyed all Indian women and asked what their number one beauty concern is, it'd be dark circles. Finding the right concealer makes a huge difference in your overall look. Of course, if you still need the extra help, the red lipstick trick does wonders.

Using a highlighter illuminator: If you want radiant skin, I have two tips: 1) Drink tons of water and 2) Find a killer highlighter. Highlighter looks great with Indian clothes.

It's extra accentuated because of all the fun jewellery we wear.

Beauty Tip: How To Get Rid Of Ring Marks On Your Finger

If you are dealing with such ring stains then not wearing your ring is a temporary solution. Those stains will come back once you put on the ring again. Here are a few tips to get rid of ring marks on your fingers:

Exfoliate the affected areas regularly. This will help you in getting rid of dead cells that darken the area.

Do not forget to apply sunscreen before stepping out. Sometimes the tan caused by exposure to sun makes the marks even more stubborn and hard to get rid of.

Use a mixture of lemon and honey on the marks. Take a tablespoon of each and massage the area with it for 15 minutes thrice a week. This not only lighten the marks but will also decrease your tan.

Moisturise your fingers regularly. Herbal moisturisers are best and will keep your skin hydrated, which will help reduce ring marks. Go for regular manicures. Either in a parlour or at home, manicures are effective to remove marks.

Beauty Tip: How To Eliminate Body Odor

There are times, when no matter how much deodorant you wear, the body odor just doesn't go away. These are the days when you feel if you could do something permanent about the problem. So here's how you can keep body odour at bay in four easy steps.

There are few things that you have to follow, there's nothing you can do about it. So stop eating too much onions, garlic and methi. They tend to seep out of the body pores and results in body odor. No matter how well onions go with that spicy curry, you need to keep them at safe distance.

Keep visiting your bathroom. Yes, we mean take bath regularly. Bathing twice a day during summers is a good idea. This will definitely put many problems aside.

Use talcum powder. These are an underestimated lot of toiletries which can really make a lot of difference. They not only make you feel fresh but also help in reducing body odour, especially during summers.

Find a good antiperspirant deodorant. This not only keep you smelling fresh but also helps in reducing sweating. Summers are the time when you tend to sweat more and thus body odour.

Yamaha Shows Off 3-Wheel Prototypes Of The Future

Yamaha is probably best known for producing motorcycles of the two-wheel variety. The designers at Yamaha are showing off some prototype concept vehicles that are very different from what most associate with the brand. The prototypes have three wheels with two in the front and one in the rear.

One of them looks like an off-road dual sport style offering with knobby tires meant to go into the wild. The off-road style bike is called the 03GEN-X. The on road version of that bike is swoopier and looks like a high-tech street bike that Yamaha is famous for. That on-road bike is called the 03GEN-f.
Both of these concepts indicate that Yamaha plans to develop the three wheel bikes for new markets.

Both of these concepts are more scooter-like than other three wheel motorcycles on the market today. The 03GEN-f and 03GEN-x both have leaning multi-wheel mechanism that allow them to lean into corners. Both of these concepts are based on the Yamaha Tricity.

Free Wireless Charger With A Pre-order Of Galaxy S6 And S6

The devices can be picked-up from a wide variety of vendors, including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular and Verizon, which carry both devices, as well as Boost, Cricket and MetroPSC, which only have the basic S6 model.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge are the first two smartphones with a 14nm chipset, Samsung’s Exynos 7420. Both are running a Samsung-customized version of Android 5.0 Lollipop. They both have 3GB of RAM and come with a 5.1-inch, 1440 x 2560 pixel, Super AMOLED display, curved on both sides in the edge model. The camera setup is also quite impressive with a 16 MP, 2988 x 5312 pixels, OIS enabled shooter on the back and a 5MP front-facing one.

Wireless charging might not be the most effective technology out there, but its popularity is growing fast. Even IKEA has started adopting the trend, with a dedicated line of furniture, complete with charging units, so it is good to see that Samsung has gone to great lengths to future-proof its latest tech.

Pebble Time Raised $20 million In Few Hours Left

Pebble’s Kickstarter campaign for its Time smartwatch with color e-paper screen quickly became the most funded in history at the beginning of this month. And now, the company has already crossed the $20 million mark of raised funds, with just a few hours to go.

At the time of writing, exactly $20,235,088 has been pledged for the Pebble Time by more than 78,000 eager backers on the crowdfunding site. This comes after the $14 million mark was reached in only one week. Naturally, pledges have slowed down after that initial surge, but even so $20 million is extremely impressive, and unlikely to be topped by another Kickstarter campaign anytime soon.

If you want to support the development of the Pebble Time, you only have a few hours left to pledge your contribution, don’t forget that. The Pebble Time has an always-on backlit color e-paper display, seven days of claimed battery life, a water-resistant chassis, a standard 22mm watch band for endless customization possibilities, and a built-in microphone. It supports both Android and iOS devices.

Olio Smartwatch Goes Its Own Way Both Hardware And Software

The stainless steel body is slightly wider than the Apple Watch – so it might be a bit chunky for some – and comes in steel or black steel. There's a choice of leather and steel bands.

Some basic apps come pre-loaded, like weather, stopwatch and alarm clock. Swipe up and you'll see third-party apps like the Nest thermostat and the ability to unlock your car. But Olio wants to avoid flooding the device with apps.

"There's no app store," Olio CEO and founder Steve Jacobs told Forbes. Apps make a lot of sense for phones, but apps don't make sense for connected devices as a category, let alone the small real estate of something you wear on your wrist.

The watch will start at $595 (£400) and the initial run is limited to 500 units.

Gmail Soon Will Let You To Pay Bills Option

Gmail users will soon be able to pay bills without leaving their inbox. According to a report in Re/code, Google is working to bring the aforementioned functionality to its popular email service.
Google’s future offering is reportedly dubbed Pony Express. Set to launch in Q4 this year, the nifty service might launch under a different name.

According to documents obtained by Re/code, users will have to go through a step-by-step authentication process. The latter will require them to provide personal information to a third-party company, which will verify their identity. After a user is authenticated, his or her bills will arrive in Gmail or the Inbox application. Users will also be able to share the bill with other Gmail subscribers – such a solution will likely appeal to roommates.

Super Troopers Sequel Raises $1 Million in Eight Hours

Taking cues from “Veronica Mars” and “Wish I Was Here,” the team behind “Super Troopers” is asking fans to fund a sequel to the 2001 surprise hit. On Tuesday (March 24) Indiegogo launched the campaign, and loyal followers can score big bonuses (including a cop car and a speaking part in the movie) if they have enough cash.

The page reads, “While the studio has given us permission to make the sequel, and agreed to distribute it (at least in the USA and Canada), we need to fund the movie ourselves. So this is how it works: if we’re able to raise at least $2,000,000 in the next month, we’ll be able to get to work on a barebones version of Super Troopers 2 this summer.

But $2,000,000 is the bare minimum we’ll need to get into production. We’ve got some big stuff in the script, and if we’re able to raise enough money, you’ll get to see all of it. The more we raise, the more amazing stuff we can put in the movie. More action, more cameos, more shenanigans, and fine, more Farva.”

January Jones Goes Topless for The Violet Files

She’s always been a stunner and January Jones puts her natural beauty to work in a sizzling new spread from Violet Grey’s The Violet Files. In one shot, the “Mad Men” actress ditches her shirt and relies on her long tresses to protect her modesty, and in another pose, Miss Jones is ravishing in a plunging red evening dress with floral embellishments.

As for the coming end of her hit AMC series, January told The Violet Files, “I was surprised, but the show has always surprised me. Each episode is so good and sort of ties up things—not in a perfect bow, obviously—but I think the audience will be happy.”

Hailey Baldwin Wonderland Magazine

Coming off the success of her denim campaign for Topshop, Hailey Baldwin is featured in Wonderland magazine’s latest issue. The 18-year-old poser was styled by fashion editor Anna Trevelyan and shot by photographer Matt Irwin in a series of spring ensembles along with some power tools and props.

Baldwin told the magazine that her gal pal Kendall Jenner hasn’t been bullied at fashion shows, despite rumors to the contrary. “I think most girls are pretty professional, and if they were being mean I’d smack ‘em ‘cause nobody bullies my bestie. But I think some models of course think there’s an unfair advantage, but just because we come from a certain family doesn’t mean we don’t work just as hard as other girls.”

Kim Kardashian: Back to Brunette!

On March 5th she revealed her bleached blonde mane at Paris Fashion Week, and now Kim Kardashian has returned to her roots- literally. LiLo captioned the pic, “thank you for such an innovative and inspiring time today,” and added the hashtag, “#ShowitWhileYouGotIt,” although Lindsay has never been afraid to show it!

How To Booze And Not Add Calories

Here are a few dietfriendly drinking tips that can come in handy, especially as the festive and barbecue seasons comes calling.

Choose wisely
There are a few diet-friendly alcohols that pack in fewer empty calories and weight clinchers than others. If you are watching your weight and counting calories, you don't have to sit sipping juices at parties. Don't forget portion control in addition to selecting the right drink. A few good choices (less than 100 calories) are — a shot (25ml) of gin with diet tonic, a shot of white rum with a soda, a small glass of wine or champagne, or a single measure of whisky or brandy. Opt for light beer. Keep away from cream liqueurs or sangrias since they ride heavy on the calorie count.

Pace yourself
Alternate alcoholic drinks with mineral water or diet soft drinks. Make a glass of wine last longer by turning it into a spritzer — add sparkling water or lemonade. Not only does this reduce your chances of getting tipsy, it also hydrates the body and reigns in far fewer calories than the other heavy weights.

Be prepared
Avoid alcohol induced binges and cut down on calorie intake overall by being prepared. Fortify yourself with a healthy breakfast and lunch based on starchy carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta, potatoes or cereal) along with a little protein (lean meat, fish or soya bean). If you think you won't be able to eat while you drink, have a pre-drink meal or light snack, ideally with some fat, to line the stomach and slow down the alcohol absorption into your system. A hearty sandwich or a bowl of porridge or yogurt is ideal.

Steer clear
A handful of peanuts have around 150 calories and a bag of chips has a deadly 183 calories. If it's a pre-meal lunch or dinner drink you're having, avoid these snacks altogether. Try waiting for your starters to arrive before you start drinking. If nibbles are necessary, breadsticks are a good option.

One at a time
Don't let others top up your glass. Finish a whole glass of your drink before you get another. This will ensure you know exactly how much you are consuming during the course of your session.

Morning after
If the next morning, you feel like you grossly overshot your limit and are nursing a headache, there is a healthier option for a fry-up that doesn't call for oodles of calories.
Try a lighter option of poached or scrambled eggs on a whole wheat bread. Eggs contain cysteine, which is siadi to break down the destructive chemicals that build up in the liver after a night of drinking. Foods That Fight Cholesterol

Take to healthy foods that fight cholesterol and keep the heart healthy.

Oats:
Dietary fibre plays an important role in maintaining our health and protecting us against many diseases like diabetes, heart disease. Oats, oat bran, and oatmeal contain a specific type of fibre known as beta-glucan. It is a soluble fibre that helps in decreasing LDL (bad cholesterol). One of the special things about the way oats work unlike other fibres is that it lowers only bad cholesterol while levels of good cholesterol (HDL) remain unchanged.
This means an even better ratio between total cholesterol and HDL, ensuring increased protection against heart disease. Oatmeal is the only wholegrain food recognised by the FDA to lower cholesterol and the risk of heart disease, thereby allows its claim as a heart protective ingredient in food labels. Studies also show that in individuals with high cholesterol (above 220 mg/dl), consuming just 3 grams of soluble oat fibre per day (an amount found in a bowl of oatmeal) typically lowers total cholesterol.

Soya Bean:
Soy protein protects against various heart diseases and hypercholesterolemia as it decreases LDL (bad cholesterol) significantly, increases HDL (good cholesterol) and prevents oxidation of bad cholesterol to prevent oxidation in blood vessels.

Green Tea:
Several studies have suggested that drinking either green or black tea may lower blood cholesterol concentration, blood pressure and inhibit clotting of blood, providing some protection against cardiovascular disease. While green tea benefits arise from catechins, black tea benefits arise from theaflavins, both of which inhibit oxidation of bad cholesterol LDL. Tea contains significant amounts of folic acid. Folic acid helps reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. A person could obtain up to 25 per cent of RDA for folic acid by drinking five cups a day.

Barley:
Several scientific researches have found that barley has some unique health-promoting effects, particularly for the heart. Its cholesterol fighting effects seem to be even more promising than oats. Studies suggest that barley can lower cholesterol levels as much as 15 per cent in individuals with elevated cholesterol levels.
Like oats, barley too is a good source of "beta glucan", a water soluble form of fibre, which seems to retard fat and cholesterol absorption by the intestine. The fibre tends to bind bile salts, thus increasing cholesterol removal from the body, and fat soluble substances, tocotrienols (vitamin E) appear to suppress cholesterol synthesis by the liver.

Psyllium Husk:
The good old 'Isabgol' is high in insoluble fiber (hemi-cellulose) and soluble fibre. Psyllium has also been known to exhibit cardio-protective role as it helps in lowering blood cholesterol, especially the undesirable fraction of serum cholesterol, lowdensity lipoprotein (LDL), triglycerides, apo-lipoprotein B and reducing inflammation. Cholesterol lowering properties of psyllium can be attributed to its high fibre content and presence of beta-sitosterol (a phyto-chemical).

How-To Increase Lung Capacity For Swimming

Swimming is a wonderful exercise that basically tones all the muscles in the human body. While it is not that tedious to learn, a lot of people find it difficult to hold their breath while swimming and they cannot swim for a long time.

If you want to become an ace swimmer, it is really important that you increase your lung capacity. This will allow you to take in more air when you breathe, and you will be able to stay underwater for a longer duration without feeling exhausted.

Below listed are a few exercises that will help you enhance lung capacity and become a pro at swimming. Professional swimmers can benefit a lot by trying these exercises.

Abdominal Breathing:

  • You have to lie on back to perform this exercise.
  • At first, keep a hand on the chest and the other hand on the stomach.
  • Now, inhale deeply. Then breathe out using the mouth.
  • Then, inhale using the nose and hold the air for a few seconds. Breathe out slowly to ensure the stomach muscles get squeezed, and all the air taken in gets exhaled.

Rib Stretch:

  • In standing position, breathe out all air from the lungs.
  • Now, inhale slowly and expand both the lungs to their maximum.
  • Hold the breath while you count 20. Keep hands on your hips and exhale slowly. This exercise can be repeated thrice.

Numbered Breath:

  • At first, close both eyes and take a deep breath. Breathe out all the air in the lungs.
  • Now, breathe in air; focus on breathing. Exhale the air after holding breath for a couple of seconds. Inhale slowly again and then exhale. Do up to 8 cycles and keep counts of your breaths. Counting on your breath, according to most doctors, helps increase lung capacity considerably.

Pushing Out:

  • Stand on the floor and then bend over forward.
  • You may keep your knees loose and breathe out air. Stand up and inhale air.
  • When the lungs are filled with air, hold the breath for a few seconds and then breathe out. As you hold the breath, stretch the arms overhead.
  • Exhale and lower the arms. This can be repeated a few times.

Working Out In The Water:

Working out in the water offers resistance to the body. It makes the body work harder, and as a result, you will need to take quick breaths and the lungs will become more efficient. This can bring results in the long term.

Cardio Workouts:

Doing cardiovascular exercises can help enhance lung capacity. Practicing cardio moves for half an hour or so will make your lungs more developed.

Workout At High Altitude Places:

Since places with high altitudes are low in oxygen quotient, working out in such places can make your lungs hold air for longer durations eventually. This can be tough on you initially and might be an overload on your lungs.

But, studies suggest that an overload in terms of physical stress, or even putting yourself through endurance can enhance lung capacity. With time and consistent practice, you will find your lungs functioning at an enhanced capacity.

Splashing Water On Face:

As incredible as it may sound, splashing water on the face while you hold your breath can increase your lung capacity. This is called the mammalian diving reflex. However, use water at room temperature for this purpose, as using cold water can actually reverse the process.

Relaxing Muscles:

You may try meditation techniques like Pilates to enhance the lung capacity. You may close your eyes and help the muscles relax as you hold in the air during deep breathing sessions. You may even count till 50 or so to see how long you can hold the air.

Now swim away for as long as you wish! These simple exercises will not just build up your stamina, but also increase your lung capacity double fold.
