Grilled Chicken And Cheese Sandwich

















This healthy and delicious sandwich is super easy to prepare and doesn’t take much time at all. It contains 400 calories and promises to be a great combination of good health and great taste.

Ingredients:

    2 slices of whole wheat bread
    Half a cup of chicken breast
    One slice of Swiss cheese
    2 teaspoons of low fat mayonnaise
    2 slices of tomatoes
    Lettuce

Instructions:

    Take both the slices of bread.
    Spread mayonnaise.
    Next, place chicken breast on top.
    After this, add cheese.
    Finish with 2 slices of tomatoes.
    Your sandwich is ready.
