Mozzarella And Tomato Salad






















This dish contains only 345 calories. Since the dish is full of tomatoes, it will benefit your cardiovascular health and prevent cancer.

Ingredients:
  •     3 slices of mozzarella cheese
  •     2 medium sized tomatoes
  •     3 basil leaves
  •     One teaspoon of olive oil
  •     One teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
  •     Slice tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  •     Add basil leaves and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  •     Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar as dressing.
  •     Mix well and relish
