Before you think about quitting it, you need to understand why do you need to quit it, why is it so important to go throw all of it, I know that it’s bad for the health and it is much more enough for me to quit smoking, but  to quit such a strong habit you need powerful, personal reason, so know why are you quitting.

Don’t Be Alone

Next thing you need to do is, ask for some help, don’t do it alone, you need to tell your friends, family and co-workers that you are trying to quit so please help and then you need to listen to them too and it will make this difficult thing much easier.

When you stop smoking nicotine withdrawal may make you feel depressed, frustrated, restless or irritable and for that you need some professional help and you need to try Nicotine replacement therapy  which will reduce these feelings and help you stay on track, you can try anything including nicotine gum, lozenges and patches or anything, and it works.

Stay Active

Healthy and physical activates keep your motivation and your well power strong and for that you can try any kind of exercise including walk or stretch and it will reduce the carving for a puff.


Keep Your Hands Busy

It does not make any sense, but I have seen it working, it not only keep your mind off of smoking, but it will help you quit it much easier too, you can carry your drink with that hands which you use to use to hold cigarette or you can start using a small pen in this hands or play small games, or do anything which feels good for you.


Make Small Goals

If you smoke 10 cigarettes a day then reduce the number first, stay very calm and gradually,  reduce one cigarettes  a day and then soon you will see that your body would stop desiring the smoke and make it much more easier to quit it.
