Tips To Handle Late-night Partying














Drink Enough Water:
  • Since alcohol dehydrates your system, make sure you drink enough water in between drinks while at a party and after you get home. Don't drink tea, coffee or anything with caffeine as that will dehyrate you further.
Don't Forget To Eat:
  • Eat before and after you drink. It's best to avoid oily and heavy food when at a party, and to eat cereals with juice or a glass of milk the morning after.
Get Rid of Puffy Eyes:
  • Press a cold spoon onto your eyes and apply some chilled cream in the same area before you go to sleep. You can also use an extra pillow when you head to bed as keeping your head slightly elevated will prevent fluid from accumulating under your eyes.
Freshen up Before You Head Out:
  • You don't want to look washed out if you've got work or a brunch to head out to the next day. Use blue mascara, and only on your upper lash line, so that your eyes don't look tired. You can also cover up under eye circles with mascara, and use a facial mist to keep your skin glowing.
