Wireless Charger Uses Magnets To Your Phone

The charger provides a 1A current wirelessly, but if you’re in a hurry it also features a USB port that provides a 2A current for a faster charge. The On case is currently only available for the iPhone 6, though the charger will work with other phones that support Qi wireless charging. Rubix says on the Kickstarter page for the On that it is “working to bring its magnetic function to even more devices.”

A package containing the On charger and the On case for the iPhone 6 is available starting at $100, though for the first 48 hours of the campaign, “early bird” pricing is available, bringing the price down to $90. The charger alone can be had for $70, and is also available for $10 less for those first 48 hours.

The Kickstarter for the Rubix On started on Monday and will be successfully funded if it reaches $80,000 by May 29. At the time of this writing, the campaign is roughly 10 percent funded.
