The new relationship comes just one month after it was revealed that Young, 68, filed for divorce from his wife of 36 years, Pegi Young, on July 29. The exes were frequent collaborators and Pegi inspired many of Young's songs, including "Such a Woman," "Once an Angel," and "Unknown Legend."
Actress and activist Hannah, 53, isn't new to Rock N Roll lovers. She previously dated singer-songwriter Jackson Browne from 1983 to 1992 and appeared in two of his videos in the 80s. She also once romanced the late John F. Kennedy Jr. She and Young collaborated on the environmentalist documentary, Petropolis: Aerial Perspectives on the Alberta Tar Sands, in January.
