Jimmy Fallon Reports to Intensive Care Unit for Emergency Hand Surgery

There’s bad news if you had tickets to see “The Tonight Show” tonight (June 26) as Jimmy Fallon has cancelled the taping due to a last-minute surgical procedure. The former “Saturday Night Live” star’s rep issued a statement, explaining, “Jimmy Fallon was required to have minor surgery after injuring his hand at his Manhattan apartment this morning. He is expected to make a full recovery.”

Furthermore, the Fallon Tonight Twiter account declared, “Hey guys- unfortunately tonight’s taping has been cancelled due to Jimmy injuring his hand. He’s totally fine but we’ll be airing a repeat. If you had tickets to tonight’s show, we’ll be in contact with you to reschedule your tix.”
