The actor recently appeared on US talk show The Tonight Show with host and self-confessed gaming addict Jimmy Fallon. During a segment of the show, Fallon decided to challenge Brosnan to a two-player deathmatch.
The result? Well, we found out that Brosnan is appalling at Goldeneye. Viewers saw Brosnan struggle to get around corners, fail to pick up multiple guns and in the end resort to trying to kill Fallon by karate chopping him.
Goldeneye was seen by many at the time as the best multiplayer shooter around. This was of course before Call of Duty, Halo and even Counter Strike. Watching the segment, I couldn’t help but agree with others that the game looked like you were playing it through a grainy CCTV camera.
