There is no end to her wittiness, and Amy Schumer proved she’s funnier than pretty much everyone in the Twitterverse on Monday (August 24). The “Trainwreck” actress received a tweet from a fan named
@vickytweetsnow along with a photograph of the well-known painting
titled “American Gothic”- “I think I have revealed a genealogy line for
@amyschumer. The American Gothic lady could be an ancestor.
#NoDisrespect.”
And less than three hours later, Schumer snapped a photo with actor
JK Simmons
(holding a fork) and posted it in reply to @vickytweetsnow. No caption.
Just the photo. And what followed was a deluge of congratulatory
messages from Amy’s plethora of Twitter followers. Winning.
