There's one for everyone, and there is a right way to wear it, of course. Depending on the colour of your eyes, there's a coloured mascara for everyone. Available in hues of blues, greens, yellows, oranges, pinks and purple, let's have a look at what's meant for you...

Brown eyes: Plum and dark blue look perfect on brown eyes. Its deep look draws attention and you don't need to put on any more eye make-up

Black Eyes:

• Black eyes can be accentuated well with deeper shades. Thus, plum, navy blue and olive green and great picks

Blue Eyes:

• For blue eyes, navy blue is a good choice since the layering works well. Due to the lighter tint of the eyes, brown stands out

Green Eyes:

• Flatter green eyes with purple mascaras. Again, layering works well here and so, green mascara is a good option

Hazel Eyes:

• Clear, hazel coloured eyes can take on blue, purple and green mascaras well.

With coloured mascaras, you don't have to do much eye make-up. While it can be completely avoided, you can at the most apply a double-liner, a subtle lipstick and subdued eye-shadows.
